I need all my reports and medical test along with proper bill to include the insurance claim, Also you may refund Rs.20, 000 which I was paid in advance at the time of my admission.
I already got the update from the duty doctor and nurse for my blood and urinal test is normal and I don't feel bad to continue with our Velammal hospital.
Herewith I`m clearly informed your team to accept the insurance and refund my advance money Rs.20, 000/-
Why my company is paying the money to insurance company for the network service provider’s hospital for the insurance claim only? This is pathetic issue.
I`m not happy with your insurance claim treatment and it’s not covered with your hospital and I will inform to my company to remove your hospital name from the network service provider list.
Don't do henceforth for the same type of money collection from the professional patient instead of covering the claim from insurance company.
You already promised and your hospital covered through our network service provider from Vidal Health TPA insurance claim. You should return the advance amount which you collected at the time of my admission in your hospital.
We have so many hospital with our network, we will take treatment from those hospital.
Also, inform to your doctor to do the correct advance amount return to the patient. If it’s not happening, please do forward your chief incharge and consult with me for more details.
Did you see the attached mails which I was forwarded to you? I was send my spouse to check with you yesterday (28.11.2016) itself. You are not giving the proper response and not looking my email. Is this your patient treatment? And attendee’s approach?
I hope your doctors should not looking this type of issue? And there is no proper way to patient end. I didn't think you are looking the attached mails in this mail also...
Note: All my reports are no complaints from the hospital result, then why you are keeping this treatment to collecting the money from patient. This is not at all good to see your hospital treatment. We had good experience with your treatments. Due to my back pain, I want to take bed rest. Hence, I am no need to continue with your treatment.
Please provide your all original bills and return the advance money Rs.20, 000 - I will claim with my insurance company and pay you. Also don't waste our time to wait at insurance and insurance coverage with the proper network service provider - Velammal Medical College Hospital and Research Intuition. Then why your people said, at the time of my advance payment paid at case counter, if the insurance details informed us, we will return the advance amount Rs.20, 000/-.
Last question: if the amount increased more than 20, 000 after one or two weeks treatment for my back pain, Did you accept to wait till the time of my insurance claim from my Vidal Health TPA and providing the amount later from directly from insurance company? If it is OK, your hospital is genuine and doing good treatment to the patient. I can agree to appreciate in this type of treatment till waiting for insurance claim.
Let you have one more facility, you may admit the patient at the time of attending hospital. Give one to three days time to show the evidence to your hospital for with in network service provider hospital with tie-ups with your correct security and claims.

Channels for Lodging a Complaint:
These are the main channels for lodging a complaint - the Insurance Ombudsman, the Integrated Grievance Management System and the Consumer Court. These are explained below:
Insurance Ombudsman:
You can seek the assistance of the Insurance Ombudsman in order to escalate an issue which has not been resolved by the insurance provider. You can file a complaint with the Insurance Ombudsman under the following conditions:
Your claim has been partially or wholly rejected.
You have not received your policy after payment of premium.
There is delay in claim settlement
There is a dispute regarding premium payable/ premium paid.
There is a dispute regarding the terms and conditions specified in the Policy Schedule.
Integrated Grievance Management System:
IRDA had introduced the Integrated Grievance Management System as an online platform where the policyholders having a grievance or dispute with an insurance provider can escalate the same. You can register a complaint as well as track its progress using this system. This grievance redressal and monitoring tools helps the IRDA to provide a centralized access to the policyholder and to classify complaints based on predefined norms.
Under this system, complaints are assigned a unique complaint ID and is assigned to concerned departments for resolution. This helps to monitor market conduct issues as well. This also assigns Turnaround Times (TATs) for all complaints registered and sets up alerts for pending tasks. The system ensures efficient complaint resolution with rule based workflows and detailed reports.
Consumer Court:
If the complaint has still not been resolved, you can register the same with the consumer court. The consumer court has a separate department to handle health insurance grievances, especially those arising out o[censored]nfair Trade Practice/ malpractice/ service issues.

Today (30.11.2016) Could you any one insurance company can help to reimbursement the claim from my parent insurance company to get the amount Rs.11, 566 along with my medical treatment depression as per consumer court decided amount, look into this Velammal Medical College Hospital and Research institute from our network service provider hospitals. If i have insurance card and sending mail to hospital id. After that also, they are collecting fees from patient.
Also I can suggest no one can pay the amount if you have any medical claim card along with the hospital network service provider at the time of admission. They are very much cheating from the patient for making money only.
For Example: you should see my case for your immediate reference for the fee collect from the hospi5tal. This is pathetic issue. Also patients and his/her family will get again depression.
Also still i didn't get any my case history for submit to my office for the medical leave. Now I'm taking rest from my home and i don't believe any hospital for this type of example with i had experience in my life time.
