I also receive thia fake mail today and i request tcs or govt. Security officials to take some action against these kind of fake mails before any other individual get fooled by these kind of mails of fake interview letter from tcs. Therefore, i am also attaching some proof of this via image through all will get to know the e-mail id of the mail sender.

Actually i selected by tcs as a software engineer through one of my vendor 'foray soft' and i had submitted all my educational and experience documents to tcs (Decan park, hyderabad) in the first day of joining and same documents i have submitted to my vendor 15 days before of my joining date in tcs. After one day of one day of my joining date they are telling that "my privous company under dd list we won't able to employment in our tcs"

The documents which are submitted me is 100% true and my managing director also mailed to hr of that rmg for my previous company with brief discussion.

And same thing i have requested to hr (Deepak kumar) and my rmg spoc nitin jhonson and they have said that "please wait for few days we will take approval from bgc verification head and you will let know".

After few days i have asked for same thing, my rmg spoc nitin jhonson is telling that "the project which was taken to me is closed please contact your vendor".

The vendor nothing will do and it is not my mistake also. It is your responsibility to assign some other new project.

All the documents i have submitted before 10 days of my joining date if is there any problem with my previous company, tcs should need to inform before i resigning to my privous company so according to that i will may planned.

After i had resigned and one day after the joined date in tcs they should not tell like this.

I was submitted all the documents if you have any problem with that you can go to my company and you can check what ever you want.

That is not correct rule and i don't have any further offer in my hand. The documents all are 100% genuine.

Rmg was so rude while talking if you are such a big brand your resource management group should have a respect for employees. They are saying their own nonsense rule and gives bad feedback even without knowing peoples.

I registered my self in naukri placing my resume, and i received a fake interview cal letters asking up money for interview. I have a demat account with stock holding corporation of India limited in kolkata and regularly paying their fees and charges. Currently tata consultancy services is sending share buy back offer forms to all its share holders but though i am eligible i did not receive any. I find that SHCIL has messed my postal address on their portal. In fact i do not receive company notices. I have complained their kolkata office in writing several times but they are not paying heed tp rectify my depicyed postal address on their portal. Although their client's master list shows my correct address but they have not cared to rectify it on their portal visible to Companies in which i hold shares. As a result i am suffering huge losses.

I informed everyone in my team including lead and senior managers 2 and half months before leaving, completed all my pending responsibilities. Even my senior manager along with team lead sent a mail to HR telling them they are ready to release me as there is no dependency on me and asked her to make arrangements for my smooth exit. After this HR sent me a mail to confirm if I am ready to buy out the remaining 15 days notice period. I replied in positive and left the company.
After a month I got nothing, no email no phone call. So, I tried tcs helpline, they told me that your resignation process is not complete and your account is in salary suspended mode. Also, they gave me email is of a person with whom I can contact, but no phone number. I explained my scenario and send him email instantly, kept sending continuously for 15 days. But no reply, not even acknowledgment.

Now, after more than a month instead of getting expected full and final statement and service letter, I am getting threatening letters telling that I absconded and show cause notice which makes no sense. They also mentioned that project is suffering a lot as you left without completing your duties. This is a big lie. I could never believe that a company like TATA will resort to lieing. Also, they did not call me, they did not sent any email. Only posting the letters without even a telephone number on which I can contact. This is the scenario of my harassment by a big company. Please help and protect me from these big companies with big money. I have no money to pay bribe or anything to lawyers
