I worked in tcs in 2009, 2011 and 2013. Tcs is a government job. Once the employee join tcs then till the age of retirement an employee have the tcs job. When i joined tcs in 2009, i was harrassed by the team leader yogi of home depot process who had bad motive towards me. Due to the harrassment by the team leader yogi, i approached the hr rasagina. I asked for a team change but the hr said that for two years there will not be any team change. Even if the hr harrass and humiliate, eventhen the employees has to undergo humiliation is the reply given by the hr rasagina. Instead of giving me a process change, the hr rasagina said that i will be relieved as on and the hr did not ask me to serve notice period. If the company did not ask the employee to serve notice period then the tcs management has to pay me the three months notice period salary at the time of relieving. The tcs management did not relieve me officially as no relieving letter was issued to me in 2009 as tcs job is a government job till the retirement age. I rejoined tcs in 2011 after a long bench period from 2009. While rejoining tcs in 2011 the tcs has to post me as sr. Process associate as my designation in 2009 was sr. Process associate but tcs hr gave me the designation as process associate whch is lower to the rank of sr. Process associate. The salary fixed in 2011 was also less when compared to the salary of 2009.in 2011 tcs has to pay me either the same salary twenty two thousand which was given in 2009 but in 2011 tcs gave me only eighteen thousand which is less when compared to the salary of 2009. Once again in 2011, i was harrassed by the team leader philomeena and i was threatened of initiating disciplinary proceedings. I approached the hr sijin who spoke in favour of the team leader and did not allow me to work by giving a process change. Hr sijin said i will be relieved as on and did not ask me to serve three months notice period. If hr did not ask me to serve notice period then tcs has to pay me the three months notice period salary on date of relieving. But tcs management did not pay me three months notice period salary both times in 2009 and in 2011. I rejoined tcs in 2013 again after a longterm medical leave for skin disease psoriasis and submitted medical papers. My medical treatment was for 2 years. When i rejoined tcs in 2013, the hr did not give designation above sr. Process associate as an employee who joined in 2009 will get promotion in 2013.in 2009 my designation was sr. Process associate then in 2013 my designation should be a sme or a trainer. But in 2013 the hr gave me only a junior designation process associate and made me to work with freshers whose mindset differs as per age.in 2013 again i faced harrassment from the team leader reshma and group of coworkers and i was threatened of initiating disciplinary proceedings. I approached the hr sijin and who said for next two years another process will not be allotted. I approached the hr head nirmala jayanthi who also did not allot me change of process. No acton was not taken on the team leader reshma for harrassing me. I was continuously harrassed by team leader in tcs and the hr people did not allow me to work peaceful. The tcs management has to pay me nine months notice period salary on total of three services in 2009, 2011 and 2013 and reinstate my service with effect from 2009 as no relieving letter was given in 2009.
