HI Sir, Madam
My Tata Indigo vehicle KA O5 MN 4854 was breakdown with minor sound issue near Bangalore and it was towed to Tata Kropex Singasandra Bangalore. They could not gave any response few days and once follow up they have given list of near 30 parts to be changed and extimated cost 40K.
I was surprised my vehice was not accident vehicle for Minor sound they are changing many parts. I tried reaching out ther GM and his respones was very rude. he will not respond on call nor on message. he gave one number Mr Tulasi and he was again same. he will message parts are yet to come.
It been nearly a month and i have not got my car reapar done and these people are not reachle on calls. Very rude behaviour and horrible expericne.
I need all details why how parts are changed and the cost is very high.
Can you pls help me to escalate this issue with senior authority and slove my prblem.
I had asked for Loaner car with GM and their behaviour was again very rude. No loaner car was given to me. Its very difficult for me to manage my personal day to day activites without car.
