I am Manohar Udekar, I have Tata Nexon MH-12 RY 2771 .I want to tell you how shoddy work is done in your Tata Motors. I got my car serviced from your service center Panchjanya Automobile Bhosari. From the day the vehicle was serviced. From the next day onwards, a noise started coming in the right side tire in the steering of the vehicle. I contacted your technician Mr. Naidu gave him all the details.
We blindly trust your workshop and send our car here for servicing, but your technician is not serious about it at all. He works by wearing headphones while listening to songs while talking on the mobile. Total bill of my car is 15000. 7000 is your labor charge in that and I will tell you how seriously your labor works.
From the second day of servicing my car, a noise started coming in its steering and front right side tyre. That voice gradually increased so much that you could not sit in the car. I told this whole incident to Nilesh Naidu who is the supervisor in Panchjanya. You won't believe it. When the work of the vehicle was done in your workshop, then your engineer had not completely locked the chuck nut on the main drive axel.
Due to the negligence of your technician, I could have lost my life and all the people who were in the car with me, could also have had a big accident. Even after paying labor charge of 7000, if such service is available, then sir, return our labor charge to us.
