Hello.
I have bought a Nexon Car in bangladesh, details mentioned below -
Purchase Date: 31st Aug'2019
Model: Tata Nexon Turbo Petrol
Color - Red
Engine No: REVTRN03PRYKC3951
Chasis No: MAT627265KLA01450
For last one year, I am facing several problems such as -
Engine Overheat
Engine Vibration
Car Vibration
Under Speed - 10 KM/Hour
Battery Issues
The service support people in Bangladesh are so incompetent here that now they are suggesting me to change the engine after using the car for 2 yeas only.
The full team of the service center in Nitol Motors are unprofessional and ignorant, still unable to identify the problem they always suggest to change the engine without proper explanation.
Please help us out here, who suffers like me after using the car only for 2 years ?
