Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Kht Motors, Kr Puram — Service is worst and GM and the staff Arun K behavior is not good

Myself Rajesh, i am a software professional,

on 3rd Feb, 2022 went to KHT Motors Service Centre for TATA Altroz bumper change the process went went well but the time of delivery on 7-Feb-2022 i observed rear camera dashboard display which i installed at the time of taking delivery in tata genuine accessories, having damaged, and i identify they did something so the fitting is visible, and main imported some other rear dash camera display is kept inside the car dashboard, so i checked with Staff Arun K, as he is saying to check with service center where i purchased the car, and he is not ready to identify and rectify the issue. so next day i.e 8-Feb-2022 i went to service center to give and complaint, General Manager came and he inspected the vehicle and saying the same word 'Our team they wont do these things" again and again the same words he was telling. i am asking one straight forward question then who did this means as usual he said "Our team they wont do these things"

Still now i didn't get the answer from General Manager KHT Motors service Center

1. When i gave for servicing, my car showing distance to empty as 326
km but when i taken the vehicle its showing 300km
my question who utilized the petrol ? as the service center having everything and they did take my vehicle for repair etc
"Answer given my GM, based on the driver km will show differently itseems, inside the service center they might drive for max 1km also it will be different ?"
2. who kept the another dash camera display inside the car dashboard ?
"Answer given by GM, they did repair for only bumper, unknowgly repair people kept inside my car dashboard"
3. who damaged the rear dash camera display ?
"Answer given by GM, because of my driving ouside by humps and all it got damaged itseems"

I really appreciate GM for the answer which he gave, i feel he is saying like drushyam movie dialogue "our staff wont do these things"
then who else will be doing, i trusted the showroom and gave the vehicle.

Note: i purchased the dashcam for 5k, and it is in warranty why will i do complaint for this small thing, but the behavior of GM and there staff in KHT Motors makes me irritated and felt why i purchased this car even though i read so many reviews of the TATA service.

Horrible experience with the service center, i had Maruthi Suzuki Swift car i never faced these kind of behavior with the showroom people at the time of servicing.. i really appriciate the process of Maruthi Suzuki

I trusted TATA brand but fully disappointed with the arrogant behavior of the General Manager and the staff at KHT Motors Service Center.
