I purchased my car from the above-mentioned showroom on 5 Feb 2023 at the time of delivery the car ran almost 50-60 km, when I was driving the car I'm facing a problem with the front side left tyre with a noisy sound, after that, I called the salesperson's named UPSANA ANAND who sold the car to me and I explained what actual problem going with the car.
Today date: 19 Feb 2023 I went to the showroom and show them that a left-side tyre with a noisy sound is coming from my car tyre, and without checking the car they claim that the car was damaged because I hit the car, they send me to the service Centre without giving any clarification.
when I reached the service Centre the service staff claim that this is a manufacturing defect and the showroom salesperson give the car to me without proper checking and without inspecting, after that the car was lifted by the service staff and after that, we all see the rod attached to the left side tyre is twisted as shown in attached photo and after seeing that the management (manager's, senior manager and the top most and very rude, very bad, very misbehaving person in all the process is Ajit Pandey general manager) claim that I damaged the car by hitting somewhere while driving after that we ask them to give clear clarification on written or will record a short video of my car and give a proper report to me. When we ask this thing the general manager misbehaved with us and the staff was ready to fight with us, abusing us with bad language give a warning that we damage the car.

If the car is hit by me why there is no scratch no dent in the tyre in the bumper in the light or anywhere in front????
If the car is hit and the rod is twisted then why there is no damage in the car from the front side??
There is no answer from their side they only blame us that we hit the car, and if the car is hit by me then why there is no damage is the car why there is only the inner part is twisted?

SERVICE STAFF: AJEET PANDEY ( GENERAL MANAGER OF SERVICE CENTRE) The behaviour of this person is very very bad Very rude and very offensive and 1 2 people from his staff were ready to fight and abuse us very badly and throw our car from the service centre.
