Tata Motors Reviews & Complaints — Delayed Delivery of Tata Nexon

I am extremely disappointed from "Gramps Autotec PVT. LTD, Balasore, Odisha dealership of TATA Motors.

I have booked Tata Nexon XZA+ O for October 9, 2021. It was given the commitment for 1 months, once deadline passed it was committed again for 2 months then to 3 months. Despite repeated requests and follow-up. I am not getting the exact date of delivery. It is more than 115 days and I am yet to receive the car. Such delays and indifferent attitude of dealers is very disappointed to me.

A delay a day or two is acceptable for some reason, but saying no updates even after continues follow up. What a sort of business is that?

Contacted dealer there is no updates from Tata. Dealer blames TATA and TATA is saying dealer is responsible. Don’t know why is TATA not fulfilling the commitments. Why are bluntly false waiting periods being shared just for sake of booking. It seems no one cares about what a customer will go through with fake promises, just give a waiting period and keep that stretching.
