My name is Neeraj Sharma, owner of TATA PUNCH HP 14C 9131. I submitted my car at the TATA Motors Service Center, J P Motors, Manpura, Nalagarh (174101) on 05 June 2026 at around 17:45 Hrs. for repair work. As informed by Mr. Rohit, the repair was expected to take approximately two weeks. I specifically requested that the work be completed by 20 June 2026.

However, during my follow-up call today, I was told that no progress has been made so far. This raises serious concern about how the repair will be completed within the committed timeline. As a working professional, I travel nearly 80 km daily for work, and the absence of my car is causing significant difficulty.

I request you to treat this matter with utmost priority and ensure the repair work is completed urgently within the agreed timeline. Additionally, my car service is also due this month, so I kindly ask that the service be carried out along with the repair work.

Your prompt support in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.
