Tata Motors & Wasan Motors — Faulty tata tigor ev delivered (xz+ variant)

I purchased a Tata Tigor EV XZ+ variant on 24.06.2022 from Wasan Motors, Marine Line Branch, Mumbai.

2. On 28.06.2022, the car broke down and was taken to the service centre. It was informed that the battery has breakdown and needs replacement. I got the car back on 04.07.2022 after a battery replacement.

3. Again on 06.07.2022, the car stopped cooling on the road. I sent the car again to the service centre and it was informed that the AC compressor is not functioning and needs to be changed. It got changed between 14.7.2022 or 15.07.2022

4. Later again on 26.07.2022 the ac stopped cooling/ not working. I was told that the FAN needs to be replaced. It got replaced on August 20, 2022.

5. on 18.08.2022 breakdown while running on road. It was sent to service centre using TOEING VAN. The service centre said its a battery issue again.

6. Since July 17 a noise was coming from behind of rear seat. That was checked on Sep. 04. It was informed to be that this is hock absorber problem.

7. When Battery, AC Compressor, Fan and Shock absorber needs to be replaced with 2 months of a new car then IS IT NOT TRUE THAT THE CAR IS FAULTY.

8. Even the range prescribed by the company is not achieved in real life driving

9. The company is saying that the car is not faulty and no support from the customer care to replace the car and give the money back
