Tata Play Limited — Tata Play DTH

I have bought this Tata Play DTH connection in June-2024. Immediately after 7-10 days this was not working. Issue is with the sound. When Tata Play is connected sound is not coming. But when Tata Play is disconnected, Sound is coming in the TV and Speaker also. I have raised the complaints multiple times. But till date the issue is resolved, and this is creating mental disturbance and clearly displays the ignorance of Tata Play Limited on the customer issues. Now I have went to the situation that I need to disconnect the connection. Since I have not used this connection right from the beginning, I have asked for refund of the instrument. But there is no positive response from them... Requesting help to resolve this matter for getting refund.
