I have applied for a new commercial connection for my shop on 09.04.2025. After paying the amount for connection and completing all the formalities, I am unable to get either a new connection or refund. Accordingly, I was calling continuously to TPNODL customer care daily to know regarding the application status, the customer care executives saying daily that “We have informed the department about your issue and they will get back to you”. But there’s not a single contact made by TPNODL. On 21.04.2025 my father (on behalf of me), went to the Station SDO, Samakhunta, the staffs there told that, the concerned JE is not there, I tried calling on the given No. provided by the TPNODL in application form and it is always in SWITCH OFF. Its almost 25+ days and I am still trying to get my refund for applying again. But there’s no response from TPNODL. Such a pathetic service is not expected from TPNODL.
