I have lately noticed that TATA PLAY broadcast team have changed my preference channel packages and added unwanted channels/other languages without my consent. These channels I never saw or know that language, this created extra money which I didn't even know. Hence I raised complaint to give the refund and informed them not to change the channel packages which i added. Since then I am daily following up with CUSTOMER CARE/ emails but they are not interested resolve the problem. They just are just closing the complaints stating that both the numbers are not reachable. Since they dont want to give the refund for their mistake they are giving the ### reasons and closing the complaints. Was this information helpful? |
