We are using "Tata play " formerly known as Tata SKy connection .

We find some Rs 200 excessively Charged towards activation of Netflix services through Binge application and because of this charge our Connection has got disconnected.
We have not activated this Netflix services because we don't have Binge app in our Mobile.
The same in incidence was happend last year and we paid this unwanted amount where we have not utilized the Netflix services.
We have launched the complaint now as well as last year but because of their Corporate power they are not listening to the customers complaint.
All their talks are formalities only they jey don't value the customer.
I think this kind scams are usual and it's their part of their earnings.
I hereby raise this complaint in this forum and hope wencan get the waiver .
Though this 200 Rupees looks small but we feel we got foolished by these companies and they earn crores of money out.of this excess billing.
