Taxbuddy — File ITR And Claim Refunds Free In 10 Mins

I shared PAN and a few details with TaxBuddy to calculate my ITR refund and to approve my file then refund comes to my bank but TaxBuddy didn't complete my ITR filing for refund.

TaxBuddy took ₹117 from me as ITR filing fee for the same service but TaxBuddy didn't complete the service. It's because there was no refund of ₹330 from Income Tax Department but TaxBuddy said our records show a ₹330 refund from Income Tax Department but in real this refund was not present with ITD so TaxBuddy has frauded me by false promising me.

I asked TaxBuddy to refund ₹117 since there is no refund ₹330 and since there is no option to file ITR return without a refund.

But TaxBuddy said the ITR filing was completed successfully by us but refund ₹330 is sent by Income Tax Department not by us so please check with them for help.

Neither TaxBuddy nor Income Tax Department has issued refund ₹330 till now so pls order TaxBuddy to refund ₹117 service fee as there is no refund and since ₹117 service didn't happen.
