Dear Authority,
I am Varun and we of the group of 20people booked a bus for a day trip on 24December 2023. We paid advance of INR1607/- and informed by them that 4hr before bus driver will contact. We did all the arrangements and purchased food and everything and awaked whole night for 6am bus.
These people did not turned up and after complaining also said, new year ruah, we could not manage bus.
After asking refund too they did not respond. It is already more than 3weeka of booking, and they have harassed us mentally and monetary.
