I booked a taxi yesterday to catch jet airways flight but couldn't get it just because of non providing of taxi even after repeatedly calls You ensured to provide it but failed to do it I missed my flight and faced loss of ₹4453/-. Pls get the said amount reimbursed to avoid any legal step.

    Date: 4/4/2015 I had booked two cab from jalahalli east bangalore yesterday afternoon and one of your driver called me and said am too far am canceling the booking. Am I fool sitting here i booked my cab 1 night before only am your driver is saying this to me ? Later on I booked one more taxi and while going suddenly booking got cancel and then again I spoke to costumer care and after long time the same taxi got booked and on the same the the 2nd cab who was on the way with me Female friends got canceled and the driver was asking to get out of the cab is this you people will treat Females ? Then I spoke to costumer care again and after 1hr they reached But the time should be 15mins And i spend my 50rs balance on talking to consumer care. And You call your company as Taxi For sure what is sure in this ? I had spend more money then fare charges. I would like to talk to your manger else I will make sure this thing will go on to the high level. Why should I go for Taxi for sure when my female friends are on the middle of the way and this is happening ? Daily I have to do up and down with my 20 friends and I thougth Taxi for sure will be good for it.       THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT TAXI FOR SURE IS PROVIDING, No reliability on the service been provided by them .. I had a booking confirmed at 7:15Pm but so far no call from the Driver or the Taxi For sure .. I called customer service more than 7times non of the executives were able to arrange for Cab service .. ... UNABLE TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE .. This is the 2nd instance where they take more than hours to arrange for a cab service ... I don't understand if this is the case that they provide cab is available in 10mins but no guaranty that we get the service ... I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH WE CAN RELY ON THEIR SERVICE AND REALLY WORST AND STUPID AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE .. CAN'T TRUST .. After 8 : 45PM the supervisor advises to arrange for alternative transport as there are no cabs available. These people advises to arrange for CAB after 90mins of my confirmed booked time ..

        Dear Concern This is with reference of TFS-PP-C13374573 booking which i made on 31st at 23:51pm which was looking 3 mints from my search location.I applied your APP100 discount coupons, which applied on my trip, apart from this, i also called to your customer care team regarding the same, but when i complete my trip, i got 2 km extra on your device in spite of driver meter, & there was no any discount applied, when i called your team, they had no any valid answer, there were no any supervisor at floor or your team didn't want to talk & resolve.I was standing on road with driver for solution till 40 minutes.There were no call back from your side nor any solution, until unless i paid rs330/- which shown at your device, Totally fed up with your services.I just want to know whether there is no value of customers?No any trust on your customer team?           DON'T EVER HIRE TAXI FOR SURE I hired a taxi( Taxi For Sure )to Vellore from Bangalore on March 22nd .They(Taxi For Sure) came 45 mins late, and I missed my appointment .They(Taxi For Sure) charged me RS 7409, in that Rs 1000 is charged as Permit which is "paid" while entering Tamilnadu .Driver went to the booth and quickly came back .I asked for bill for this and he told he need to give to Company(Taxi For Sure) .I asked Taxi For Sure to get a scanned copy of this bill .They are not ready to give it .I doubt whether they have really paid this or not .If they have paid, they can send a copy of this bill .I am not able to claim this amount from company without copy of original bills, This look like a planned extortion .             Dear Readers, One morning I booked a taxi at 9.45 a.m., one hour in advance. At 9.30, I received the details of the driver. 5 minutes later, the driver called me to know the exact location of the pick-up point, and I explained him my address. Sometime later, he called me to ask if I had CANCELLED the taxi. But I told him that I had NOT CANCELLED my booking, but my booking was erased from his device. So he told he couldn't come to pick me. I called TFS but they told that the same driver would come to pick me. So I recalled the driver to inform the same, but he told that he had been given pick-up for some other customer, so he couldn't drive me to my destination. He also told me that some new driver would come to pick me. But when no details came on my phone after 5 minutes, I called TFS and told them about what the driver told me. They told that some other driver would come for me, and sent me the details. And when it was already 10.00, and there was no sign of the new driver, I called him(the new driver) and he told that he would take 30 minutes more to reach my place. I was shocked and cancelled the booking immediately. I had not expected such deceit from TFS. I THINK 'OLA CAB' IS MUCH BETTER THAN TFS IN THIS RESPECT.

              hello sir/madam, my name is davinder singh my login id is [protected]. i had book a cab from gole market, cp to vishnu garden part-1, new delhi-110018. my pickup time is 16.15pm. i called driver name is yogendra singh: [protected], sedan DL-01-YD-0907 for confirmation to pickup point. he said he didnt any booking from taxi for sure bt i already recieved a confirmation message from your side. even i called your customer care executive bt she didnt response positively even she hold up my call for 6 minutes. then i disconnect call. even i use my promo code APP100 for this ride. i already used taxi for sure's services. i never face such kind of problem in past. bt today i really dissapionted for that. maybe i never used your cab service in future. thnx.

                Dear sir, I have book a taxi (SUV) from Taxi for sure from Delhi International airport T3 Terminal to Hazrat Nizamuddin railway ststion for 4hrs/40KM through booking number TFS-IN-C13075902 ON 28/03/2015. I have received the message on my mobile number that your booking is confirmed and drivers and vehicle details will send to me 15 mins prior to my departure. On 29 March 2015 at 3.40PM when I didn't received any details of driver/ vehicle from taxi for sure I call on the number[protected] and inquire about my booking they told me that ur booking is cancelled . At that time I am very much disappoint about the service of Taxi for sure and it is very difficult for me to arrange alternate taxi from airport within a short period. It was a very bad experience for me booking taxi from such a unreliable company. I am also going to report this mater to different platform

                This is second time it has happened consecutively that I booked a taxi dtd 25/3/15 & 15/4/15 that the service was pathetic and I was informed at the last moment that services can't be provided and at the last moment I have to run & arrange other loco cal cab and i have nearly missed my train.
                Moreover when I called up to talk to senior my phone was put on hold and then eventually disconnected.
                On 25th I was with family and still remover how we ran and catch the train

                Worst Service!! Never Book Cabs through these service provider especially in emergencies or AIRPORT DROP. I booked a CAB on 24/05/2015 Sunaday no one turned up. Upon calling the customer care they changed the CABs after the CABs!! I had to Wait for more than 1.5 hours and finally had to make some other arrangements!! They changed 9 cabs in Just 1 hour and my bad luck.. no one turned Up. And moreover I got multiple receipts for the ride. We can't believe in such services in emergencies!! Its been almost 6 days and there is no CallBack on my request!!

                Taxi for sure is one of the worst taxi service provider. Whenever i call to book a taxi, everytime the customer care people are busy and after waiting for long time on phone and getting the taxi details from the taxi driver details, when i called the driver for the pickup he simply says to cancel the taxi and vehicle is not working. This happened not once but repeatedly. I recommend not to prefer this taxi service provider.

                  Dear SIr / Madam I was booked cab dated on 20 march 2015 time 12.29pm for next day dated 21 March 2015 time 5.30 am pick point r k puram(syndicate bank colony, ) to raja ki mandi railway station my booking no is TFS-RT-C12472169. Next day dated 21 march 2015 I received SMS and Mr. Ram Driver call me and asked my home location and he say this booking is canceled right now. Than another SMS details. mr. satish driver call me he told sir i am reached ur land mark(R k Puram) and give home location after few second call to delhi office and say ur booking is canceled. But I told him mr statish is reached nearest to home he told just i check than call u. After 1 minutes mr staish call he told me sir I am not come ur booking is canceled. pl arrange own convenience wheel. After this call back to delhi office repeated this words we can’t arrange cab pl arrange own convenience wheel. I say at last movement how to say?

                    Hi, Myself Sreemanth, my login details [protected] (OR) sreemanth.[protected]@gmail.com. Today i had a ride with taxi for sure, BOOKING ID is TFS-PP-C13217043. At the end of trip the bill was Rs 1036 (DRIVER SAID THERE WAS A PROBLEM IN BILL GENEREATION) for which was huge for just 8.5km. Even i also applied the coupon code APP100, Driver demanded for the money as the whole trip cost was Rs 110. I had to pay only Rs 10 as coupon code applied during booking. But he demanded for Rs 110 which means coupon code is useless for me. Kindly solve my issue Regards Sreemanth

                        To whomsoever it may concern. This is to inform you that The driver you guys sent mr. Mohammed shaikh- indica [protected]-mh43 d 6446 was very rude and abusive. He also raised hand on my brother. 1. He came 1 hour late than requested for2. We stood on the road for 1 hour waiting for him3. He was not knowing the roads. We had to call him multiple times to ask for his route4. He always said 5 mins and made us wait for 1 hour5. When he came and when we asked what kind of service is this and why was he late then he blamed us for not guiding the right way and said call callelcenter and he will not go and started abusing6. Then when we said he has to go as he made us wait for 1 hour he pulled my brother out and pushed him. Is this customer service. I booked a cab for the first time and this is what I get. I am sure if I would have called I would have waited for another hour for your cab so I managed leave on my own. Imagine if I would have been alone what would this driver have done. I want you guys to take strict action againt him and revert or I am going to lodge a police complaint against taxi for sure for this

                          I've tried to book taxi with this company a few times EVERY TIME they JUST DONT TURN UP. THEY ACCEPT A JOB ABD JUST KEEP SENDING MESSAGES WITH A NEW DRIVERS NAME. AND THE THE USELESS INCOMPETENT PEOPLE DONT TURN UP. ON THE 26TH WE WAITED 1.5 HOURS AND THEN GOT A TAXI SENT. WAITING FOR A TAXI FOR MORE THAN A HOUR AND HALF AT 9 IN THE NIGHT IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE. IF YOU TAKE A JOB YOU MUST BE MADE TO COMPLETE IT. YOU CANNOT PROMISE SOMETHING AND JUST NOT CARE. IF YOU CALL THE CALL CENTER ALL THE USELESS PEOPLE DO IS SAY SORRY. IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED ON 29TH MARCH THE TAXI DRIVER KEPT CHANGING AND THEN DIDNT TURN UP!

                            This is one of the useless taxi provider in Pune. On 8th March I booked a Taxi for 10.45 PM almost couple of hours ahead and it was confirmed. I got driver details as per the process before booking. Driver gave a call and requested all the details and told me that he will be there in 10 mins. We waited for almost half n hour but no sign of taxi. I tried calling the driver but the phone was switched off. Then called the call centre a got a reply that sir we are extremely sorry but we cannot arrange for a taxi now. It was almost 12 in Night by this time and didn't had a chance to get another taxi. Had to wait at my friends small house. That's one of the worst night me my wife and two daughters one age 6 and other just 1 yr old had to go through as my friends house was very small to accommodate all o[censored]s. I thought its may be by chance this happened but again I had a same issue. Booked a Taxi for 7.30 but there was no sign of it. When I called the driver same old story happened . Drivers phone was switched off and when I called the Call centre to my surprise they were saying driver has already reached your home. I asked them to call the driver and confirm . After 2 mins of wait they said they will book another taxi. I got the number of new driver. Worst was when I called the driver he said sir your booking was cancelled. I was totally socked. When I called again the call centre they said sir will minimum take an hour for the taxi. I was frustrated and booked a taxi from another vendor.To my surprise I receive a call from a new Driver who was asking sir where to pick up from ?. I told him that as I have already booked another taxi please cancel it now.AFter some 5 mins I got an SMS to pay 14 RS to the driver :) I was laughing like anything on the system of Taxifor sure. Luckily I didn't had a Train or flight to catch else would have lost a huge money. But still the pain me and my daughters had that night cannot be measure in money. But I think there should be law enforce on this company to avoid this type of thing. Bootom Line is book a Taxi from TAXIFOrSURe. Sit and relax anyway that will not come :) Better to change the name of the company to NOTAXIFORSURE

                              We are sending message at 11.50am, dt - 29/03/15, booking no : tfs-pp-c13102987, dt, 29/03/15, at 11.20am, now their is change inprogram hence we want to cancel the booking but their is no system by which we can cancel & get confirmation.

Service tax extra. -TaxiForSure ---this was the SMS we received whenyou booked our cab through taxi for sure app.. We took the cab near to Richmond circle and told him to drop us near k.r.road. But the driver started talking very rashly asking where we wanna drop. But we said we know the way we'll show him. When he reached k.r.road. He was refusing to take the turn we said and took his own turn. He was behaving as if he was doing some favour on us. In road he over taken a bike and then started fighting with the guy on the bike. He got down from the car and started beating him. Then lot of people gathered there. And he came back to the car. N went in full speed. Please take some action against such drivers. This was the 2nd time It has happened with taxi for sure with us. I think taxi for sure will become the worst cab service in bangalore if it keeps happening like this.

                                  booking reference: TFS-PP-C12888750, dated 26 Mar 2015 taxi no. HR-55-LT-4386, driver Rama Shanker, was assigned to me today. i got a call from him at 7.45 am, asking for directions. he was at preet vihar then, and it hardly takes 15 mins, during peak hours to reach mayur vihar. till 8.20 am, despite giving directions, there was no sign of the driver. he ultimately reached at 8.35 am, which was beyond 20 mins of the booked time, by which time i had already left for my office. the travel time from mayur vihar to ip metro station is hardly 15 mins and your driver was late by 20 mins. what kind of irresponsible behaviour is this? if the customer cancels the booking, he is liable to pay the minimum of 4km distance covered, what do you do, when the driver does not reach? do you pay anything to the customer under such a situation or how do you compensate.

                                    Booking ID TFS-PP-C12665122. I booked a cab for a pickup from Sita Bhateja Hospital to pick up a patient at 4:45 PM...the lady who was supposed to be picked up had gone through a spine surgery just a week back...it was not possible for her to travel in auto or any other public transport due to her obvious health reason..the misery started when she was already out of the hospital and waiting for the cab pick up…assigned cab driver just called and told he can’t come to pick up and we should arrange cab from somewhere else….customer care informed that they will arrange another cab and within 15 minutes and driver details will be sent….misery continues and cab dint come till 6 PM…in between during all my calls with customer care I was assured that another cab will be sent in 10 minute and finally cab was cancelled…irony is that while calling customer care I was told it was cancelled with my consent…Customer care people are so used to all such calls I guess that all they can say is sorry and it will be not repeated….these people have no dignity …customer care puts the blame on drivers…drivers are so happy go lucky characters that they just don’t bother to answer the calls….when I raised the same issue to their social site they informed that they called the customer and customer was happy with the service provided...i was the ne who booked the cab...and i feel that i have all rights to know why the cab was cancelled...they said that they will not provide anything as i was not the customer...my email id was associated with the booking...i have booking confirmation email as well...dont i have rights to ask them an explanation?

                                      On 23.03.2015, i had booked a taxi from TAXI FOR SURE from Gurgaon cyber city to faridabad. The driver asked us to check the car meter which he turn to zero at the time of start. After reaching Faridabad the total distance travelled as per the car meter was 39 Kms which is actual.However the phone network available with the driver was showing 21 Kms. I immediately got the SMS to pay as per 21 Kms . But the driver told me that as the car meter is showing 39 Kms u need to pay for 39 Kms only which i agreed. I just asked for the bill for 39 Kms which the driver denied. So i called up the call centre No.[protected] to get the bill for 39 Kms, the guy at the other end told me to pay for 29 Kms as it was as per their network calculation. Driver and the call centre argued for around 45 mins to get the bill copy on my E mail id or at least provide an SMS so that i could pay for 39 Kms. But all goes in vain and the problem was not sorted out, the driver left without taking the payment in anger. At around 10.10 PM i got a call from the customer care asking about my drop status, i told them that i reached my place but the driver didn 't took the payment and i have not received any SMS or mail for the correct bill yet. Then within 10-15 mins i received the mail for 39 Kms and the amount was Rs. 603 and i was told that driver is standing outside my house to take the payment. Is this the kind of service you people provide to your customers, how could you send the driver back to my place to get the payment what about my security. Why the SMS or mail for bill was not sent at that time only which could have avoided the whole situation. Also seats of the car which we got were wet, driver told us that seats got wet while washing...I mean this all ridiculous. I want an answer to my complaint, i would seriously not recommend any body to use taxi for sure. DRIVER NAME WAS - JITENDER SINGH CAR No. - HR 69 BT 8547

                                        I am not sure I am been blocked using taxi since 11 of feb. I am been blocked twitter. I have called there call centre multiple times. Tweetted multiple times but no resolution. I have spoken to all possible people to fix about the other issue no body has fix the issues. Some incapable man harsha spoke to me and he committed he will call me by 6:3030am amd he did not stand by his words
