I am ABHAY KUMAR, registerd mobile no- [protected]. i have 9.6k TFS credits. i was using tfs services since last years.
Company never update about expire date of TFS credit, where it shown in application. Before 10 days, i need a ride of TFS, I SURPRISED, when i shown that, my tfs credit is zero.

I talked with its customer care, He said that, "we send email and message to every customer", I replied, may be u send it, But Now a days, many company's spam emails n message are coming, as well as taxi for sure. How its possible, every customer read all these company's emails n message.
YOU MUST BE UPDATE THE TFS CREDIT EXPIRE DATE IN TFS APPLICATION, WHERE ITS SHOWN, Customer get this information automatically. "
Please Sir help me, its a FRAUD ACTIVITY with customers.
They deducted my all credit. The way of Transmitting expire date of tfs wallet is wrong.
I used many types of wallet, they all have cleared policy of expire date of his credits.
I want my tfs credit back. i called many times to its customer care, they never listened my complaint.

    I have been using TFS regularly, initially for my official trips and was happy with the service too. But my trip for 23rd Feb is still giving me a tough run for my money as i did not receive any invoice for the trip since the time i completed the trip. I have also mailed them thrice to send me the invoice as i need to reimburse the same from my office by this weekend, but there has been no single response.

    Highly Unprofessional!!!

      My name is Avnish. I am registering this complaint for driver who was droving Taxi for Sure on 6th March, 2016, around 3.40 PM, near Gopal Bhuvan traffic signal, Ghatkopar (west). Taxi number was ending with 2716. Driver was black & was wearing round neck black t-shirt. He could have killed that lady when I tried to stop him he abused me. I called Taxi for Sure to file a complaint & from there rep on call, I can not file a complaint because I have not booked the taxi. I tried explaining him that driver was droving taxi on more than the limit speed which could have killed a lady crossing the road, but again I got response from rep that as I have not booked the taxi, I can not file a complaint. I disconnected & called again, this time I got another rep & another fabulous response that I should have entire Taxi number or name of the driver to file complaint. I gave him the details like time, place of the incidence but he said they have many taxis so he cannot file a complaint. On giving him the last 4 digits of Taxi number, he said he need name of the driver. Finally I felt that he will not file complain. Now I know the meaning of Taxi for Sure is, you will get the Taxi any how, by someone's death as well. So this is to inform all the readers that next time when you are travelling by Taxi for Sure, there might be chances, driver reached to you on time by taking someone's life. Now it's on you, if you want service of killers or not.

        the taxi driver said i am coming 15 min. we have call contentiously to driver he said coming 5 min. from 12-15 to 12.50 we had call 10 times but at the end he has not pick the call and finally miss the flight so i will do a case in consumer court because i am not getting a proper response from in company i had called thrice in your company

          Heyy! i m really happy witth your service and the drivers... but i jst have a complaint is tht u dnt stick to ur prices..i mostly book a hatchback!! whch says 50rs for first 2 kilometers and 6rupee per km thereafter...bfore almost 2 months back when i used to ride with u i used to get the ride estimate absolutely perfect but now... im travelling to a place whch is abt 5 kilometers away .. and the estimate tells me its around 73 but when i always travel... it costts me 115 may ik why is this happening and yesterday i had tried ur code on ola tooo 100FLAT but still it said invalid code... why has this happened in taxiforsuree??

            Please take this issue on priority. Booking ID TFS-PP-C60683856, I paid driver the bill amount as that was not deducted from my wallet, but after 10 min i got the msg that the money is deducted from wallet too.

              Driver name:sabarinathan, car no.:TN11Y5881.I booked taxi for sure from chennai central to my college. I have a few complaints against them.The first thing is that the driver doesn't know the routes, he was asking me for the directions. I'm paying for an Ac car and I don't get ac because of some vehicle problems.There was suddenly a breakdown of the car and I'm burning in the hot sun of chennai and finally when the car breaks, he doesn't even book another cab for me, instead said me to book a cab myself.when I said I wouldn't pay him the full amount since he didn't take me atleast near to the place in one n half hour, in one n half hour, I could have reached, but I didn't because he didn't know the route.He was talking on phone with some of his friends and complaining about me.I used to be very happy with taxi for sure before because of the rates and comfort, I actually recommended my friends. Now, I will definitely tell them not to use taxi for sure.
              Final word:I HATE TAXI FOR SURE AND I'M DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE PROVIDED AND I WOULD LIKE YOU TO RETURN MY MONEY.

                Want a serious investigation as the wallet contains 4 govt. ID proofs and 2 debit cards and around 4-5k cash. Not concerned about money but concerned about ID proofs.

                    Got 4 mail on my mail id - karthik.[protected]@gmail.com regarding booking confirmations from [protected]@taxiforsure.com (email id) along with receipt for trips which does not belongs to me. As all the booking has been made in Begaluru, and my base location is Chennai. All the booking has been made on 27 February, 2016.

                    Please get it traced and confirm with the steps being taken from your end against such practice.

                        We booked a taxiforsure cab from Thoraipakkam to Siruseri. The driver cancelled the trip saying that he wants to take up only short trips. The next driver explained that Taxi for sure pays them a lump-sum amount if they complete 13 trips in one day. Hence, the drivers prefer short trips as this is beneficial to them.
                        Taxi for sure management has to resolve this issue instead of penalizing the commuters.
                        Another driver insisted on our cutting the trip midway and booking the same cab from then onwards. This way, the trip will be considered to be two trips. But, commuters have to pay the base charge of Rs.50 twice. When he had to wait for 10 mins for a friend of mine to arrive, the driver was very rude and said that the waiting time would be accounted to Taxi for sure and that he would not get any benefit. So, he wanted us to close the booking and rebook the same cab once my friend arrived.
                        The drivers take up trips only if cash is paid instead of OLA money.
                        I seriously feel that OLA and Taxiforsure have to reconsider their payment policy.
                        The drivers end up being extremely rude to customers just for winning their award points. One driver said that he consistently gets rating of 4.5 and above and therefore, he cannot wait for a passenger, even when we promised to compensate him by paying him extra money.

                        Unethical behaviour of driver, OLA and taxiforsure management have to change their driver payment policies.

                          I booked the taxi for sure on 20 feb @5 pm from mumbai domestic airport Driver vasudev Singh, he called us half km far from airport stating if he comes in we have to pay 200 rs more, somehow we mange to came out with luggage he told one sweeper to keep the luggage on his car and the driver forcily demanded Rs 50 from us to give to sweeper .

                            I had the worst experience with Taxi for sure. I have been their regular users and always make bookings via phone. I have been receiving their offers and concessional fares if I make bookings through their application but still I prefer to do bookings on phone for better clarity and surity. But I had worst Experience on my booking for 21st feb early morning 3:45 am. I had made my booking done much before earlier during the day on 20th Feb at around 2:15pm. My booking was from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad Railway station Kalupur. But I did not get any call from the Driver till 3:52 am, ( booking was for 3:45 am ). I called up the driver Dinesh Bhai Prajapati, [protected]. I was shocked to hear from him that he will take another 10 minutes to be at my place. I told him that I needed him to come immedietly as my Train departure schedule was 4:55 am. I asked him if he was localite and familiar with Gandhinagar routes, he replied he was new to Gandhinagar and was not familiar. When I again called the Driver he told me that he is feeling sleepy and wont be able to come. I called Taxi for Sure customer care and they assured me of arranging another cab in 10 minutes and I will get confirmation message in 2 min. When I did not get any message I called up Taxi for Sure customer care again and this time they told me that they dont have any cabs available and I need to arrange alternates. I was totally frustrated. I asked my wife if Tickets can be cancelled and she replied that its Tatkal bookings and their will be no refund. It was 4:10 by then. I decided to head to railway station on my two wheeler the last thing I wanted to do as I had my new born Son 2 months old and I did not want him to expose to cold in night. But I was left with no option and was not even sure I would be able to reach on time as it takes 40-50 min on road by two wheeler. I decided to take a chance and after I had Travelled around 2 kms I found a Ola cab standing on the way. The Ola Cab driver told me he had another booking but I explained him my situation and he was helpful and agreed to drop me to the station though he charged me 800 rs as against 350 normal charges. SInce then I have been calling Taxi for sure from last 3 days to speak to their manager but I have been repeatedly given false promises and despite my over 20 phone calls to them have not received any response from them. I am thinking for approaching Consumer form for compensation for Mental harassment I have gone through and for irresponsibleness from Taxi for Sure. my contact Rahul : email [protected]@yahoo.co.in mob : [protected]

                              Rs. 490 from pune airport to kaspate vasti which is too high fare even after applying TFS5 code.bilkul vahiyat service.I'll not suggest anyone to use taxiforsure.No customer satisfaction, apna paisa banane mein lage hue.I have used uber multiple times from pune airport to kaspate vasti and everytime max fare reached was only 280 including traffic and waiting charges and this taxiforsure is charging double o[censored]ber.Very very very disappointed..PLEASE...

                              Who is liable to pay me back? Your driver took Rs 260 saying that payment through Paytm wallet hasnt been done. Later on Rs 287 got deducted through Paytm wallet.Resolve my issue as soon as possible else I will have to report this case and the driver has one window broken, his AC wasn't working.Still I paid the full amount and this incident happened.

                                i called him atleast 20 times that day but he did not respond .
                                The company then sent me a fake bill of 54 /- telling that i have completed my journey

                                it was nothing but mentally tourcher for me

                                      The captioned ride fare collected for than trip bill i.e INR 212 and the driver misbehave like unprofessional and using abused world which is not accepted any more . If action not taken then I will be go for upper escalation against Driver – Nimai ch Das ([protected]) and hatchback –WBO4F73387 )
                                      The same was booked under promo code KOL5 .

                                      Please update with full justification and waiting for response .
