I have worked with this Company name "Taxilla IT Solutions Pvt Ltd" from Sep 1, 2018 - 5th November 2020. This company has deducted PF amount from my monthly salary but did not credited to my PF account from March 2020. I have resigned this Company and my last date was 5th November 2020. Now it been more than 2 months and they have still not credited my PF amount which was deducted from March 2020 till Nov 5, 2020 even after email and multiple calls to HR team, no response from the Company finance team or HR team.
Myself and my family got Covid 19 in the month of Sep 2020 and we are left with too much expenses. I need to withdraw my PF amount to help my family.
