Taxip2p — always cancels airport taxi

This is the 2nd time it is happening. I had faced earlier twice while booking airport taxi from airport to JP Nagar. I had followed up with the office guy multiple times and it was a confirmed booking, but at 1 am in the night they tell me Madam manage kar liijiye. This is the 2nd time and weirdest behavior from a taxi service company. When they take bookings they confirm it. But later all the mess is created. To get the driver details which they promise to give 3 hours prior to journey is never true. I kept calling and finally later 40mins prior to journey message came from TAXIP2P, with driver name as ABHISKEK, Indica phone number [protected]. When I called him he said he did not get any intimation from company regarding my airport pick up. When i called back company customer care number they said driver is not picking call and at the moment they dont have other cars so rudely dont me why dont you arrange something else at 1AM in the night. Such people should be taken to the police.
