I had purchased Tax Spanner-silver package for filing ITR. Ticket no: 634378
I was misguided ever since beginning by the team. I was told initially that I would get a refund of 15000 to 16000 and then later they told me that I have to pay additional tax of 7000.
There was no proper guidance, and I was misguided.
I do not want any more assistance from their team and ITR is also not filed by them, Hence, I need full refund.
It's been more than 10 days since they have been unresponsive, and I am not getting my refund. They don't answer calls nor reply to my emails. Was this information helpful? |
