I purchased a printer from Epson on June 28, 2025. Since the time of purchase, the printer has been plagued by numerous issues. When service personnel from the Service Centre visited to attend to the problem, they demanded payment for parts replacement, despite the device still being under warranty. Furthermore, they have refused to repair the unit properly. Ever since I purchased the printer, lines have been appearing whenever I scan documents. I have not had this issue fixed until now. Although the printer is still under warranty, they are demanding payment. Therefore, I humbly request that you take necessary action to replace the printer.
