TCG Jobs Coimbatore — HR admin - no proper response and not refunding money

My name is Abdul I live in Coimbatore I had received the call from Shakthi (mob no [protected]) on date 23/08/16 regarding immediate joining for Design or quality domain I corporate company around Coimbatore as your cv is shortlisted by the companies which we are tied up. For more details about this u come in person to our office at R.S.Puram Coimbatore and Want to Rs 2000/ for the job. And u can attend the HR interview and job will be confirmed.
I was job seeker during that time so I agree to attend the words said by her. And I went to the office on 30.08.2016 in person after reaching there they some build up’s in the front and asked my resume and told me to wait and after some ii girl came and asked me to come in and explained the same and for next process first you should pay Rs 2000 and I have asked some Doubt and they clarified and I paid. Then they gave a form to fill up my Bio details and attached with my resume. Then a girl from in came and I am assistant HR as HR is leave today I am handling told you will get interview on 7 to 10 business days and asked me my qualification and told me to write In my own that I paid 1000 it for application fee and registration. And other 100 for two interview schedule I refuse to sign for that. But earlier it was told by Shakthi that 1000 for child welfare trust Soorya foundation trust.
I got doubt and said Please don’t process hold and cancel I will ask my friend and come and do it tomorrow. And asked some questioned but they didn’t answer properly and I told give back my money I will come an pay tomorrow after consulting my friend for that she refused and said if its paid that’s all we won’t refund. Ok alright I asked for the bill or invoice for Rs 2000 which I paid we won’t give anything like that and all. Earlier she told you’re already shortlisted by our company and now she saying your interview will be processed in another 7 to 10 days only. I don’t know they were playing my feelings

And I came back and called her but she refuse by saying some reason. And still now 13.10.2016 they are not answering properly and Later on she didn’t pick up the call.
So you are requested to kindly refund of my amount from TCG jobs
And take immediate and hard action against this Company running in the name of Soorya foundation trust that we are helping the child labors.
My question is money is apart if they are helping for child labors to study I have no objection on this. If they do it as public did anyone going to tell anything …???
