Tci have hold our cargo in behrumpur for around 10 days. We lost the customer and our sales. Moreover the employes and people that are working there are very unethical. I am communicating on this subject from past 20 days and have still not got any resolution. Moreover i dont know where is my cargo. I need tci to reimburse for my loose. This is a very bad agency and courier company they are not working for customer and will take you to the level where you will get frustrated. I have lost my money. I request indian consumer complaint forum to please help in settling my issue. I dont know where is my cargo. I lost the customer and sale they are not ready reimburse me any money. We gone thru a lot harassment. Please help.
