I had placed an order( id-WA[protected]). And I tried to return the product. The alloted for the return pickup too also they gave a return pickup person contact number. No one had called me for the pickup. I tried to call the person he says I don't know about the courier company . I am a driver only. So on that day itself I called to the customer care and informed about the complaint . They apologize and arrange for reverse pickup again. At that time also I didn't get call . The order is keep on showing pickup under process only. Still today it showing the same thing. Daily I am watsup ABT the status of my order it showing its under reverse pickup process but no one had alloted. Today I tried to customer care the simple told the police date has over we can't do nothing for you and cut the call. Is this way you are treating the customer. i need the reverse pickup to be done today
