Respected Sir/Madam,
I have a question regarding today, July 22, 2023, when I have an IB JIO Tech II exam. The gate closure time is 8:00, but there was no parking on the ground floor of the building, so I had to look for another parking. As a result, I arrived at the venue at 7:55, but finding parking, especially in shillong, is difficult and time-consuming, so it took me 17 minutes. I then entered the building at 8:12, and the person in charge of the exam she said she can't let me in anymore.
