TCS iON — Inappropriate behaviour of invigilator

Respected Sir,
This is to bring to your notice the misbehaviour of staff during exam SSC CGL 2021, 13 th August 2021 shift 3-4 .
Lab allotted to me was 24 system number 137. As far as I am concerned I was having issues with my biometric. Due to excessive sweat in my hands my biometric was not getting captured. After multiple trials fingerprint of my right hand middle finger was taken. This was done before exam. Till now everything was fine. After this when it was required to get the biometric during the exam again the sweat problem was causing trouble. So I requested them to come after the exam since it was taking a lot of time.
But they continuously disturbed me during my exam 3 times taking more than 5 minutes in each case. And then also the biometric could not be captured. More than 15 minutes was wasted for this when the exam was going on. When I pleaded them to come after the exam, they said they don't have time for it . A student who only gets 60 min to solve 100 questions must waste their time but the invigilator can't spent time for doing their duty. Is this justifiable ?
Proof of this can be checked in the cctv footage. And you can also note that they wasted my time during the exam, but we were made to wait half an hour after the exam for another student who hadn't finished her boimetric. There was cases of both inequality and harrassment. This should be strictly taken care of .
I also have a request that biometric capturing be please made IRIS scan for students having this trouble.
