I tried to launch my TCS nqt exam online from the particular registration time. I got the key to launch but when I tried to launch after registration through the ion app launcher it is not proceeding further. I tried for more than half and hour. It is showing like connecting to server and then enter a valid key. I checked the internet connectivity, it is all set.

My networks were not fine during the exam due to which i was not able to login to the portal
Can you please allow me to appear for the exam again
