[Resolved]  TDI city, Kundli — Fraud

We invested in 2 lots at TDI CITY Kundli. When they showed us the map or drafts of where they are going to allot the lots, it was shown next to a park and greenery and all good stuff, but after taking all the payment when they actually allotted us the lots, these are right next to a Mortuary. Why was it not projected on the maps and drafts. What a Fraud!!! Who in their right mind will invest 50 lakh rupees per lot on a property right next to A MORTUARY??? Now they have taken all the money from us and the answer to any of our queries is, 'We can't do anything". Initially, we signed up for a 350 yards at the rate of Rs.7500 per square yard but later they forcefully gave us 65 square yards more and made us pay premium price of about Rs. 22000 per square yard for these surplus yards. Now without even marking any assigned boundaries to these lots or doing any other maintenance, they are asking for Rs.23, 000 of maintenance charges. If not paid, fine will be charged. I would like to find all such investors who feel the same way and gearing towards filling a joint Law suit against this company, and publishing in Newspapers about their Fraudulent conduct. I also appeal to regulating Agencies here to step in and stop these builders from looting common man.
