I have bought the shop in tdi park streetmall in sonipat in 2007 and paid the amount of rs 27 lakh (Approx) to tdi builder, whenever there was a demand from them.
They have not yet finished the construction of mall and have kept our money with them from last 10 (Ten) long years.
Our money is stuck with them over 10 years and we are loosing even interest on it.
I would request, if there are more people who are victim like me should join together, so that we can file the complaint against the builder and go to the court and ask them to refund above money with interest of 21%, which they charge from their clients on late payment.
