I came across miniature dolls selling page on instagram @teamomini_ and contaced them through whatsapp number. On 18th December I placed an order and made a payment of Rs. 1200 through payUmoney platform. I've informed that I will get a call for final corrections and I've been told that my order would reach by the end of 3-4 weeks.
But from December 31st, their WhatsApp account gone offline, Instagram account got deleted and contact number is not reachable. I've also malied them about my order but it is unresponsive.
Please do the needful and kindly take actions against this merchant.
