Dear sir,

I would like to put up a complaint on VRL LOGISTICS, as my parcel which was dispatched on 29Dec 2023 still not delivered.

when spoke to vrl goregaon branch they says it went missing and when i ask them when you will find it, they answer like they don't bother, they say like " some parcels found out after 4 months so please keep patience."

now how will i keep patience,

I request you to kindly file complaint against Vrl.

as I am losing my clients trust due to VRL Negligence.
