Teamlease — date of exit wrongly updated on provident fund website

Its been almost 3 months now i am following up with teamlease sevices banglore office to get my date of exit on pf website,
They asked me to send my kyc and joint declaration which also we did but still their is no update.

My employee code with teamlease is 1131436,
