This is Nayana From Bangalore, We started a new trading business. so we were searching a website designer for that. this guy Mr. Rahul who was very GENUINE in search so CONTACTed him asking abt the website, he said yes we will give GOOD SERVICE, with 4999 package 15% discount 4256/-. He said to pay advance amount 1000/- and book the order and remaining balance pay after the website completed. I followed the 1000/- i payed advance, But before giving me the website they started demanding for remaining balance 3256/- + GST I payed. But after that they started Drama doing that we need software for website live so again i have to purchase 3899/- Intel software.
They demanded without that website will not given, and so dramatically they were saying if we not take that software website will be crashed, at that point of view i got doubt and asked for the website they said i[censored] pay 3899/- software 10min will give you website, but after paying none of them replied and responded for my call, Mr Rahul his actual name is Asif who is the most ### guy used a very bad language and vulgar with me in the call when i asked about the website. At that till date i have not received any website or domain which they gave also not working. I request to take this serious action on him, not only me many others got cheated from him. I need Refund from them, i don't need any services required. I will file a criminal case on him & let him be arrested. i have enclosed paid bills, kindly help on this. and also he used abuse languages i have call recordings.
