My name is ranjeet singh, from faridabad, mobile: [protected].

I am filing dispute against an online payment done on 22nd may, 2017 for an amount of rs. 32299.05.

I wish to inform you that i have purchased a projector (Luxcine z4000) from www.tecgeek.in company from mysore (Owner mr. Hemant, mobile: [protected], tecgeek, head office - mysore, address: no 7, jtk, khb layout, kuvempunagar, mysore, karnataka 570023) on 22nd may,. 2017 for an amount of rs. 32299.05 through credit card.

This merchant not able to supply this projector and raised cancellation of my order through their mail id and tell me that refund will be provided within 21 days and now he told me that refund had been raised and will debit in your account soon. But still i am waiting for refund from their end.

Pls find attached transaction details with order confirmation, payment recd. By them and cancellation raised through mail, also find attached verbal communication and he confirms that this amount will be refunded.

I would likd to request you to take an action against this seller if possible as he fraud some others customers also, so many complaints i found over internet against him.
