On 21st Feb 2023, I placed an order on the Flipkart HRX Wheelie RidingProtective Jacket (Order ID OD[protected]. On 21st Feb 2023, the product was delivered (04:25 PM). When I opened the package, inside the HRX Wheelie RidingProtective Jacket box & I found it was a used jacket so I made a request with Flipkart saying I received the used product and needed a replacement. On 2nd March 2023, Flipkart rejected my request saying "We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact."
Then I had to contact their customer care and they from their end placed a replacement order again, but the same thing happened again. Till now I haven't received my money or my product. Now again they said your complaint has been registered with complaint no IN[protected] an executive name is NAMRITA.
