Dear all,
I am not sure why u all are harassing me so much. On good faith and believe I took not only my TV from reliance digital but also other appliances with an impression that I will get the best service when ever required. After 14days of service request today I got a call for pick up meanwhile all details where verified by a caller based out of Mumbai.
The pick up agent reported to my residence waited for half an hour then reverted back that my case is on hold as such fund transfer and pick up cannot be completed today.
Do I deserve this kind of treatment, being honest I confess that the picture quality got deteriorated and so I plan and did upgrade my TV to 55 inch from reliance digital with a faith that Assured back will be done.
Now I am not sure what is tat or how people are looking into the case but I will surely that I have write back to seniors authority of reliance digital and consumer forum for such miserable service of Tech guard and I future I will not do anymore transaction with Reliance Digital.
