My name is MUKESH YADAV I got a call from TECH SOL COMPANY for form filling job. The executive AJAY KUMAR contacted me. He asked regarding the job for 1000 forms in 10 days. during the conversation he said that during first assignment you don’t have to pay anything and you will get 14.800 out of 20000.your 5200 will be deducted from the salary, I agreed on that after that he asked me my ID proof and I forwarded my ID, after that he generated my ID for the work and send me the legal agreement with digital signature on that, there was term and conditions that was written on that. Which was not told me earlier. The agreement is totally fake I guess. They signed my signature by their own. I am not signed on that agreement. The work given to me seemed pretty simple and it was offering a handsome amount of rs.20000 in 10 days, so I confident that I cannot fail. But one day before the submission the site server is not working properly and disabled, so that I should not be able to complete my work. Than after 1 day I receive a legal notice saying that I have to pay 5200. If not I will be proceedings. I am sure that company is fake. They using fake documents and for this they are using govt. stamp papers which is fake I guess. Fake advocate also appointed for making calls and demanding money and touching he was demanding me 40000 – 50000rs. his name is MIHIR PATEL enrolment no- 2203/2016. I will send u the contract details. I am not earning right now how can I pay?? Now I am in trouble please help me.
Please look in to this matter and help me against this fraud.
