Over the past few weeks, I have received numerous unsolicited calls from Karthik using your USA office phone number +[protected], who has identified himself as a representative of Techcedence Infosystems Pvt Ltd. Despite my clear and repeated requests for him to cease all forms of communication regarding solicitation, he has continued to call our office line. These calls have not only been persistent but have escalated to threats and harassment.
During our conversations, Karthik insisted on obtaining sensitive personal information about my company. When I refused to comply with his requests, he became increasingly aggressive, stating that he would continue to harass us until he received the information he sought. His demeanor was unprofessional and alarming, leading me to suspect that his intentions may not be legitimate.
I attempted to resolve this matter amicably by informing him that I would report his behavior to the appropriate authorities within Techcedence.
However, he appeared unfazed by this warning and continued his harassment, leaving me with no choice but to escalate the issue further.
