I was charged Rs. 299 as activation charges and I was told that i won't be charged anything more. They were true about this but they took my money and haven't provided any app or any authentication key or anything else. I transferred the money on 25th July 2021 and today i.e- on Monday, I got my User ID and Password but they are not providing any authentication key or any app so that i can start my work. I request you please help me and get my money back. its my honest request to you, please help me get my money back.
