I am the regular customer of Shopclues business. Multiple items purchased through this site.

Recently purchased the mobile(Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G-White-(6 Months Brand Warranty )) on 20th Aug-2015.But the mobile was shut down suddenly. Immediately I contacted to the Xiaomi Service Centre mentioned address as below.

The Xiaomi Service Centre has been confirmed unbelievable details for this product as below.

 Mobile Mother board was damaged.

 Xiaomi Service Centre server is not recognizing the IMEI number with Warranty period.

 Products is not covered under Manufacturer or Seller warranty.

 Xiaomi Service Centre has confirmed not support for this hand set.

My retail invoice is showing 6 months brand warranty.
