I paid ₹25, 000 to TechPanda for interview preparation and placement support services.

Unfortunately, the services provided were not as promised. There was no proper placement support or satisfactory assistance provided despite paying the amount.

Whenever we raised questions or asked for clarification regarding the services, instead of providing proper answers or support, we were blamed and treated unprofessionally. This behaviour was disappointing and unacceptable.

Since the promised support was not satisfactory, I requested a refund of my ₹25, 000. However, even after repeatedly following up for almost one month, I have not received my refund or any proper response from the concerned person, Hussain.

I have made several attempts to resolve this issue directly with the company, but there has been no satisfactory action.

₹25, 000 is a significant amount of money for me. I feel disappointed with the service, lack of placement support, unprofessional behaviour and failure to process my refund.

I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter and help me obtain a full refund of ₹25, 000 at the earliest.

I have payment proof and communication records available as evidence.

I expect a proper response and resolution from the company.
