We have done the payment against the seat acceptance fee for B.Tech program in AKTU. 20000/- amount has been deducted from our bank account and has been submitted towards Techprocess solutions Ltd but this amount status was not showing on the counselling portal. We have made another transaction in order to proceed the counselling procedure but the first transaction amount is still not refunded to us.
We have cross checked with our bank (Axis bank) and they have confirmed that the amount is already transferred to Techprocess solutions Ltd and the payment reference number is [protected].
We request you to update us on the refund process of this amount as we have already paid 20000/- fee in the second transaction that was successful.
