Sir, I bought my Samsung phone from Reliance digital on 26 Dec 2022 with fully covered insurance under TECHGUARD. My phone front scree got damaged after six month which was reported to TECHGUARD. Even after several request the phone was picked up by TECKGUARD after seven days of reporting. I had deposited 999/ Rs and the the phone was picked up by their repair team. After 14 days I started enquiring about the status, the TechGuard team was not aware of the location of my phone. After twenty days I received update from TechGuard that my phone is under repair. After twenty five days I received a call from TechGurad that my phone is on complete replacement for that I need to pay 69000/ Rs to them. My query is how the repair has been changed to complete replacement. The TechGuard team is totally group of immature and inexperienced people. They treat with customer in hostile manner. They used my phone as research phone and damaged the complete phone. When I refused to pay 69000/ Rs they returned my phone fully dismantled and damaged condition. At present my phone is a complete waste though my handset was operational prior handed over to techguard repair team. I have the samsung authorized service stations report prior handed over to Techguard. The Techguard company is not at all delivering their commitment which they promise at the time of taking policy.
