The HR and the Admin department of TMU (Teerthanker Mahavir University, Moradabad) have indulged in not just unethical and immoral act of not paying my two months of due salary, but have also violated the Labor Laws and broken the academic rules. The months in question are March 2019 and April 2019. When I saw that everybody else's salary got paid by the end end of first week or so of each month, I stayed for two weeks in each of these months in the hope that the salary payment has got delayed due to some reason, but it is almost July now and they have not paid. Not only that, they deliberately withheld my February 2019 salary and paid it in April, just to show that they are powerful enough to do what they want to do. This despicable act of theirs seems to be completely unprofessional and in violation of the university laws. There seemed little point in continuing beyond April at the University. The people who keep (or take) other people's due money by either force or vileness, or by just being in the position of power, are commonly known as thugs. Was this information helpful? |
