Teewink — amount deducted from my account but i didn't get any order number and status

Dear sir,

I order the deloitte logo t-shirt on[protected]. It is worth of rs:599. But my order is not confirmed after online payment. My amount was debited from my hdfc account. After that i called to teewink support team. But they didn't response. Simply they said, order once again and pay one more. Then only i give a complaint to national consumer affairs. I mentioned compliant no for your reference.
Consumer affairs docket no: 585767.

Please refund the amount back in my account.

When i saw the quality of the product it was worse and dull with improper printing and totally different from the aid..
not worth 750rs.
and also not responding to any mails or calls really disgusting...
anticipating immediate respond or action...
