Tehali — cancel order

I want to cancel my order. Order no.39399. The reviews are not good. The customer care number is also not working. The email service is not working. All are saying that they have never recieved the correct order. So i want to cancel my order because of no proper response from online shopping site. Instead i will purchase it directly from a shop rather than depending on the online shopping site which does not have the courtesy to guide their customers.

Taking the money how ccan such a product be delivered. The product ordered was different and the product delivere is different and so unsatisfactory.

I was ordered half sarees but u sended me duppatta that too cheap quality i paid 1750 for that I want replace ment
