Tehali — I got wrong and cheap product received

I have ordered grey colour long designer gown... But i received a saree of sea green colour which is of vry cheap material... I had paid rs. 755 for this product including taxes and transportation charges... I had tried every possible thing to contact with them... But there no is not available and they don't even give reply of messages... I want my money back...in any way... Plzzz...
