Tehali — wrong order received and asking of private bank details

I had ordered for styles closet white and red colour patterned silk lehenga choli with dupatta from tehali and shipped through weshyp delhivery air express, queenget.com, but i received an orange saree in place of it. When I had asked for refund, I was asked for my private bank details including the CVV of my ATM card. order id:2675872, tracking id:[protected], order date: 04/28/2018. The above mentioned details are proved by attachiment of photos along with the complaint. The customer care care where I had asked for the return policy number is [protected], which I supposedly spoke to was Ram Kumar. If further necessary I can attached the recording of our telephonic conversation.
